Superintendent – Commercial Construction
Location: Southern Oregon (Medford and surrounding areas)
Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually (DOE)

With a robust pipeline of commercial work across the region, they’re looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their growing team.
Position Overview:
This is a full-time, permanent role for a Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial projects ranging from $5M to $50M. The ideal candidate will have strong boots-on-the-ground leadership skills and a proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and site safety from start to finish.
