Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead on-site operations for our asphalt and concrete projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate construction projects on-site to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Manage and supervise team members, including laborers and subcontractors, to maintain safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management to report progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and care of construction equipment.
• Implement project plans and schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a foreman or similar leadership role in the construction industry (asphalt and concrete experience strongly preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
