This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer, located in Lakewood, NJ. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and developing policies and procedures. They will collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, perform audits, and provide compliance training. Additionally, the Compliance Officer will analyze compliance data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to senior management.
