Job Description: The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and who is committed to providing an excellent client experience. This candidate will also have a positive attitude, be team oriented, and understand the importance of 100% accountability. The Central Associate Advisor will be pro-active and follow through with client requests in a timely manner. Time management and the ability to appropriately prioritize is important.  Duties include, but are not limited to: Helping current families continually deepen their relationship with the firm through regular contact Scheduling current families for Annual Financial Reviews Manage and maintain current client accounts, such as reallocation transactions, address changes, distributions Process and track service requests Follow the developed company systems and processes Client meeting preparation Weekly team meetings   Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree preferred · 2 + years of financial services experience with an emphasis in customer service · Utah Life and Health Licensed required · Series 65 (or equivalent) required · Proficient in Microsoft Office and have an understanding of Mac IOS · Experience CRM preferred, but not required *This position starts at a base salary of $70,000/year with commissions
