Bradford Jacobs is assisting an AI drone solutions company, helping business customers improve mission-critical business operations. Since 2017, the company has leveraged software development expertise and grown drone design and manufacturing capabilities.

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cash Flow Manager to join their Finance team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will play a key role in tracking, forecasting, and optimizing cash flow, while assisting the CFO in the development of financial plans and ensuring liquidity across the company’s domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cashflow forecasts across business units and geographies.
• Monitor actual cash positions and compare against forecasts; provide variance analysis.
• Collaborate with the CFO and accounting team to improve working capital efficiency.
• Coordinate with departments (e.g., procurement, operations, sales) to understand cash requirements and revenue timing.
• Identify cash optimization opportunities, such as improving receivables collection or renegotiating payment terms.
• Lead short- and long-term budget planning and analysis with a focus on liquidity.
• Support investment planning and debt structuring decisions.
• Generate detailed reports and dashboards for executive leadership and board presentations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate treasury and internal control policies.
• Assist in integrating cashflow modeling with FP&A tools and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CMA a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in cashflow management, treasury, or FP&A roles.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel and financial software proficiency required).
• Experience in multi-entity or international operations is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SaaS, drone, or technology manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
