Bilingual (Spanish) Operations Supervisor - Distribution Center

Location: Northeast side of Atlanta

Schedule: 2nd Shift

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Supervise shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
• Lead, train, and develop hourly team members in safety, efficiency, and performance standards
• Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and oversee rework
• Partner with management and HR on hiring, development, and performance matters
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor to lead by example and address issues in real time

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting
• 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of WMS, Microsoft Office, and inventory/supply chain principles
• Forklift and HAZMAT certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and planning skills
