Blueprint, a long-time neighborhood cocktail bar in Park Slope, Brooklyn is seeking an experienced barback to join our small, high-energy team.
Blueprint is a high-volume neighborhood cocktail bar, priding itself on a mix of meticulously prepared classic and house cocktails while maintaining a friendly and relaxed environment.
The position is not a typical barback role—you will be expected to participate in all aspects of the cocktail making process by assisting with garnishes, glassware, running drinks and bussing tables. As such, the tip out is much larger than in a traditional role and, for the right person, can involve a pathway to bartending.
