NOW HIRING: Automotive Technician | Next Generation Auto – Baldwin, WI

Location: 910 Hillcrest St, Baldwin, WI 54002
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (No Weekends!)

Compensation: $23–$35/hr

Hourly + Bonus OR
Flat Rate with Accelerators up to $8/hr + Bi-weekly Guarantee
Average Annual Income: $54,600 – $89,440

A skilled Automotive Technician with a passion for diagnostics, repairs, and continuous learning. If you’re ready to grow with a motivated and supportive team, we want to hear from you!

? What You’ll Need:

3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
Strong skills in steering, suspension, alignment, heating & cooling systems
Some experience with electrical and engine diagnostics
Familiarity with digital vehicle inspections
Valid driver’s license and your own tools
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team spirit
