About the Opportunity

VOYlegal is partnering with the New York City office of a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm to identify highly qualified candidates for their Intellectual Property Litigation team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and highly respected group of litigators, working on complex, high-stakes patent litigation matters across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of intellectual property disputes, with a focus on patent litigation.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and partners.
• Manage discovery processes, including depositions, document production, and expert preparation.
• Oversee and mentor junior associates and team members.
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Advise clients on litigation risk and provide practical legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience focused on patent litigation.
• A technical background or undergraduate/advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
