About you:
5.5 or more years of experience ( preferable plaintiff personal injury attorney) but open to any civil litigation experience.
Skills: A versatile litigator who thrives in all aspects of case management—discovery, depositions, strategy, and trial prep. You should be proficient, strategic, and ready to take on complex cases involving spine and brain injuries or unique liability issues.
Qualifications: A basic understanding of medical concepts (e.g., spine and brain injuries) is ideal.

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $250k package, negotiable for top talent, (bonus structure up to 5% on cases you originate, with a sliding scale for collaborative cases).
